Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your data and configurations are preserved; only access to higher-tier capabilities is removed. We would rather have you on the right tier than the wrong one.
Your calibration history is yours. We export it on request, or you can leave it in place if you return. We do not retain or repurpose customer forecast data — every MCP call is an audit event, and the audit log is yours to read.
Command pricing is a base of $2,500 per month plus a per-entity fee that scales with consolidation complexity. Multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and dimensional roll-ups are included. Configure to see your number — most mid-market customers land between $3,500 and $8,500 per month.
